GST payment for online spree

Hi,

not sure if any of you know this but there's no need to pay GST for online order so long as the total cost does not exceed SGD400.

so a common thing that i do is to cap the spree at SGD300, just to prevent the case whereby shipping + item cost exceed SGD400.

So why do u join spree? the concept is simple. to share shipping cost and base charges.

the calculation for shipping is simple.

companies charge a based charge per shipping delivery. it's usually 4-5x the normal cost per shipping unit.

eg.

3KG item - base charge (0.5kg) + 2.5Kg

for the concierge service that i use, the base charge is 12USD and subsequently, every 0.5 unit is 2.8USD.

therefore, the shipping cost for this item will be 12+(5*2.8) = 26USD

All goods are ordered through a concierge services. so it takes time for it to reach Singapore. All goods purchased are from the original stores and authenticity is GUARANTEED.

1) there will be two payment:

1.a) ITEM PRICE * 1.05 * 1.32 (will change if bank increase the rate)

1.b) Shipping cost (shared among the spreeists)

2) since i actually tried out the service myself before, i know how it work. Generally, it takes about one month to one and a half month for the goods to arrive. You can speed up the process if you want (opting for express delivery) for that will cost alot more. SO PLEASE BE PATIENT AND WAIT FOR IT TO COME. I WONT TAKE YOUR $$ AND RUN :)

4) if there are any fault with the products, you can return it but you need to pay for the shipping fees yourself. Generally speaking, shipments from reliable websites like the one i mentioned are safe. i bought over 10 products for my own use and it's fine :)
